23rd Jan 11 NZ or 22nd Jan USAEither way I'm Stoked - Gold for my birthday - USASA Rocky Mountain Regional Boardercross Breaker Division at Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
It was a tough race as the features were really big compared to NZ and the blizzard conditions made the track pretty challenging - Steamboat got 7 inches during the day so between the time trial, heats and finals things were changing all the time.
Having a really good time, great to have the support of Sasha, Team Summit Head Coach and Nicol providing lots of encouragement and race tips throughout day - ha keeping us all focused - awesome - thanks alot.
I have to say a big thanks to R&R for the terrific support with my gear makes a big difference, feeling good and confident in your equipment. Also Alpine Health and Fitness I really believe that as a result of Richie and the crew working with me I'm a lot fitter this year from the get go. Cheers guys.
