March 16, 2011Stoked just got the formal notification that I held on to take out the Regional Championship Title, Rocky Mountain, Colorado, Boardercross Breaker Division.
Also received the invitation to the USASA Nationals in April.
Cool, I'm really looking forward to the Nationals they sound like an awesome experience. Wasn't able to compete in last years Nationals due to visa hiccup. This years competition will be tough but hopefully I'll be healed and ready to give it my best shot on the day.
A big thanks to Sasha, Team Summit, Miff and Hayden R&R Sport NZ (new Libtech great), Ritchie, Alpine Health and Fitness.
Countdown to Nationals - then I'm on a plane home, missing family and mates (two and four legged).
Final Medal count for Regional events:- 10 -- 4 Gold, 4 Silver, 2 Bronze.
Only down side was I was injured so wasn't able to compete in 2 more Halfpipe Comps.
Roll on Kiwi Season.
