Super Gutted, broke my scaphoid joint in training yesterday afternoon - so I have to say goodbye to my first FIS International Event at the ANZ Cup at Mount Hotham, Australia - next weekend.
I was really looking forward to the experience and how I went in the International Field. Also meeting up with the Pro Snowboard Team in Aussie. All the best guys.
By the looks of things I will be taking up the services of Queenstown Health www.queenstownhealth.com for rehab a lot quicker than I'd hoped!!!!
Sorry to all my sponsors, but I'll keep fit and keep my eyes on my next international opportunity in September.
Could have been a lot worse - wear that protective gear guys - really does help.
