Had a long day working with Dad - at the Queenstown Airport. Talk about close to the jets. Queenstown Airport is the fastest growing airport in Australasia. Helicopters everywhere - heaven!!
We were having to dig and lay cables down the runway, ha, Dad really loves it - his airport call sign is Tigger1 after his truck. We finally got rained off! Boy did I feel those muscles the next day - loads of respect for those who spend a day on the end of a shovel.
Scored a day off then spent the weekend helping the Crew at R&R Sport with their big Winter sale.
